Interface agreements: whose job is it?

LIG agreementAgreed collaboratively at the Lothian Interface Group — a joint forum of primary and secondary care. These positions carry the agreement of both sides of the interface.
LMC positionStated by the LMC / GP Subcommittee on behalf of general practice. These typically decline work that sits outside GMS, and do not require secondary care agreement.

LIG positions are drawn from Clinical work across the interface (Lothian GP Subcommittee & Lothian Interface Group, January 2024).
